The New Advisor Onboarding Program is a six-week experience designed to help new advisors explore foundational advising concepts, university policy, and the student lifecycle from orientation to graduation. The program connects new professionals to the broader advising community while developing the skills and context needed to support students.

In the new advisor onboarding program you can expect:
- Asynchronous Canvas Modules
- Self-guided workbook to deepen your learning.
- Workshops are offered each semester to apply your learning.
- Supportive timeline, we recommend setting aside 3 hours per week to stay on track.
